Before calling, please make sure you have a valid account with UniPOS. 

Creating an account prior to calling will save a lot of time and reduce your service cost.

If you do not have an account when you call, you will need to create an account over the phone and select a managed plan, or if you are one of our Pay-as-you-go customers, you must have a valid credit card assigned to your account.

Our technicians can refuse service if you are not a customer.

Our Call Charges

Being on one of our support plans is undoubtably the best value. However if you choose to Pay-as-you-go, our rates are:

Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5:30pm
$75 (ex GST) per 30 minute block.

Outside of Business Hours
$112 (ex GST) per 30 minute block

Public Holidays
$150 (ex GST) per 30 minute block

Minimum call time is 30 minutes.
